Jacob is Managing Director of Waterwise, the water efficiency NGO, but is ranting in a personal capacity.
He studied Civil Engineering at UCL and Hydrology at Imperial, before doing research on hydrogeology, contaminant transport, plant physiology and climate change. Before founding Waterwise he worked for the National Farmers' Union as environment adviser and for Water UK on water supply and environment.
