Water Industry Achievement Awards 2015
A veritable who's who of the UK Water industry will descend on the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on 21 April, to find out who has scooped a gong at the prestigious Water Industry Achievement Awards 2015.
Back for their ninth year, The Water Industry Achievement Awards celebrate and recognise outstanding innovation and best practice across the industry, no matter the size of the company or the scale of the project.
There are 13 categories covering all aspects of the water industry – from 'Carbon Reduction Initiative of the Year' to 'Outstanding Individual Contribution to the Water Industry – open to the water companies, their contractors, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
“The awards are THE event in the water sector's calendar, and are highly prized within the industry,” according to The Water Industry Achievement Awards official website.
Organised by WET News and Water & Wastewater Treatment, the awards celebrate and reward outstanding innovation in the UK water industry.
The evening kicks off at 7.30pm with a drinks reception, followed by dinner, the awards themselves and then things are brought to a close with the chance to network at the official after party.
The awards are sponsored by water regulator Ofwat and water experts Imtech Water, Waste & Energy, Asset International, TES, NM Group, CPSA, Saint-Gobain PAM, Doosan, Sykes Pumps, Selwood, Teekay, and Talis.
The 'Engineer of the Year' category this year will be contested by two entrants.
