Emissions expert Klarius’ latest release of independently tested products

UK manufacturer of high quality emissions products, Klarius, has released an extended ‘new-to-range’ product list of independently tested premium aftermarket products across a large variety of vehicles.

Emission Control Products

Fulfilling its aim to produce new emissions parts on a daily basis, the Klarius Products R&D department has released the latest ‘new-to-range’ list for November 2015.

Dedicated Emission Control Products manufacture and supply

Klarius Products is a dedicated Emission Control Products manufacture and supply company that primarily services the UK and EU markets. The business supplies type approved exhausts, Catalytic Converters (CATs) and Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) designed, developed and manufactured in the UK and delivered via its own logistics operation. Klarius Products operations are centred on the manufacturing, R&D, test track, logistics and stock facility hub based in Cheadle in the UK.

New products for the Klarius emissions range include type-approved CATs and DPFs, pipes, gaskets and mounting and fitting kits for a wide variety of vehicles. For example; products include new flat gaskets for the iconic 1993-1998 Toyota Supra; type-approved catalysts for the Ford Ranger pick-up truck; boxes with tail pipes for the Chrysler Voyager minivan and a host of other emissions parts catering to all other popular makes.

Wider choice and shorter lead times

Doug Bentley, Head of R&D at Klarius said: “Since we release new parts with such regularity we try to keep our customers up to speed with new additions to the range. We always produce parts for popular vehicles to help support the majority of motorists, but catering for older or niche models is just as important so we can offer greater versatility to our customers.

By catering for commercial vehicles and vans like the Peugeot Expert right up to high performance sports cars like the Toyota Supra, combined with our vast 10,000+ item selection available from stock, we can offer our customers a service incorporating wider choice and shorter lead times

Klarius is the only manufacturer in the UK to produce independently tested type-approved exhausts, CATs and DPFs, available with all necessary accessories. The dedicated Klarius plant in Cheadle, Staffordshire combines a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, extensive stock centre and an exclusive emissions testing track where all new products are independently audited.

As a result, the Klarius emissions control range is guaranteed to operate at OE part levels or better. Klarius also designs products to specific model and year, with the finished part then being tested on the appropriate vehicle, enabling the business to offer its customers a ‘Fit First Time’ guarantee.

Full conformity of production approval

Klarius opted to bring forward its manufacturing conformity certification for 2015 in order to provide concrete evidence of its commitment to premium quality products at a standard price. This includes the full manufacturing process for its entire emission control product range covering over 10,000 individual parts.

The comprehensive certification process checks are carried out by the independent regulatory body for UK vehicle type approval and the issuer of UK Type-Approval documentation, the VCA. Official ‘Conformity of Production’ proves that the VCA has confirmed that satisfactory evidence of the quality system/controls have been witnessed by VCA inspectors at the company’s main production plant.
