Murrelektronik has branched out further in its line of IP20 and IP67 TREE switch products with three new industrial managed switches. Murrelektronik has expanded its TREE switch product line in the IP20 and IP67 area with a new wave of industrial ethernet switches that enable reliable internet-based remote access to machines and systems through VPN. Their clever managed switches have an implemented open VPN client that automatically connects to the VPN server of the system network.

These industrial switches are preconfigured for PROFINET and are delivered with LLDP and DCP enabled, which maintains a consistent and easy-to-monitor topology in your network. With the supported versions of the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP v1, v2c, and v3) and with LLDP enabled, the topology can be monitored through SNMP traps.

Within the range, Murrelektronik has launched the TREE M-4TX, TREE M-6TX and TREE M-5TX IP67 ethernet switch. All of which offer a raft of remote access features and benefits.
